Searchable case database with membership
Around 3,000 legal documents had to become searchable behind a login. I built the entire platform: database, Danish full-text search, member login, admin and an insight dashboard, hosted on my own server and prepared for AI search. From idea to live product.

Travel company
Digital membership universe
A company in yoga and mindfulness travel wanted to bring its members together in one place. I set up the server and built a full universe: profiles, photo galleries with QR upload, groups, events and messaging, plus a recruitment system and statistics, connected to their newsletter. All of it operated by me.

What does a total solution cost?
It is project-based, because no two solutions are alike. A complete solution typically starts at 20,000 DKK, and on top of that comes an operations agreement sized to the project. After a short conversation you get a concrete and honest estimate of price and time.
Why can one person deliver all of it?
Because I use AI as leverage. That means I cover far more of the stack and build much faster than a traditional one-man developer. You get the breadth of an agency, with one fixed person who knows your entire solution.
Do I own the solution afterwards?
Yes. You own the code and the solution, it is delivered via Git, and you are never locked to me. I would just like to be the one you want to keep running it.
Can you build on something I already have?
Yes. Sometimes we build from scratch, other times I take over and extend something that already exists. We find the right route during the clarification.
What happens once the solution is built?
Then I keep running it for you on an operations agreement, or as your fixed technical partner. You are never left alone with a solution nobody understands.
