How quickly can I get help?
With urgent problems I usually reply within 2-4 hours during the day. Weekend help is possible for critical outages for a surcharge.
What does emergency support cost?
My hourly rate is 900 DKK/hour excl. VAT. Urgent weekend support carries a 50% surcharge. You always get an estimate before I start.
Can you help with all kinds of problems?
Yes, I have worked with WordPress since 2011 and have seen most things. If the problem is truly unusual, I will tell you honestly.
What if my site has been hacked?
I help clean the site of malware, close security holes and restore from backup if needed. A thorough clean-up usually takes 2-4 hours.
