Hours beyond what is included are billed at 900 DKK/hour. You always hear about it first.
Many turn Light on for their busiest season and turn it back down afterwards — that is completely fine. That is why there is no commitment.
Cheap operations exist. Here is the difference.
There are plenty of service agreements below 800 DKK. Most of them are automated and carry no responsibility. This is something else.

Frequently asked questions
Why does it cost more than the 99 to 799 DKK/month I see elsewhere?
Because it is not the same thing. Cheap operations is usually an automated service where updates run blindly and nobody knows your site. I take the actual responsibility: I test updates and restores, clean up if something goes wrong, and on the larger packages I move concrete improvements every month. You pay for a person and a responsibility, not for a script.
What is the difference between the packages?
Micro and Light are about safety: your site is updated, secure and monitored. Drift+ adds visible progress, where every month I move 2-3 concrete things (speed, technical SEO or conversion) and show you before and after. If you need more than that, the next step is Technical partner with unlimited development.
What if I need more work than what is included?
Extra hours are billed at 900 DKK/hour, and you always get told and agree before I start. As an operations customer you always jump the queue compared to new projects.
Is there a commitment?
No, there is no commitment period. You can pause or cancel to the end of the current month plus 1 month. I believe quality keeps customers, not contracts.
I do not send tasks every month — am I then paying for nothing?
No. The operations work for you every single week: updates, backup with restore test and monitoring keep running, also when you send nothing — and the monthly report shows it in black and white. If you have a quiet season, you can put the agreement on pause.
I fix my own texts and images — why pay for small fixes?
Then do not use them for that. For many of my customers Micro is pure monitoring, backup and updates — and the monthly report ends with one concrete tip for something you can do yourself. So you get smarter about your own site, month by month.
What if a critical error cannot be fixed the same day?
"Started" means that I get going and keep you updated until it is fixed. If something cannot be fixed right away — e.g. because it is waiting on a third party — you get a clear status and a plan. Never silence.
We are an association with a small budget — is this for us?
Probably not, and that is completely fine. I am happy to help associations with single tasks at a fixed price instead — write and tell me what you need, and you will get a price.
Can I switch package along the way?
Yes. You can freely upgrade or downgrade, and the change takes effect from the next month. Many start on Micro or Light and move up when they can feel the value.
Does it include hosting?
Hosting is not a fixed part of the package, but I am happy to help you choose and set up the right solution. I can also take care of the entire server and operations part, if you want it all in one place. Then we talk about a complete solution.
