Two quotes for the same product can differ by a factor of three. The difference comes down to four things you can ask to have explained before you choose.

Users and roles
An app with a single login for everyone, and an app with organisations, roles and permissions, are two different jobs. The second isn't more expensive because it's harder, but because it has more things that can go wrong.

Integrations
Every integration is an agreement with another system: a payment gateway, a CRM, an ERP, or an API you don't own. They take time to build, and they take time to test, because you can't switch them off and check that the rest still works.

Built from scratch, or assembled on existing pieces
A solution built on an established service costs less than one where everything is written for the purpose. It's an honest trade-off: you get to something that works faster, and you own less of it. I tell you which of the two you are getting.

Running it afterwards
The build price is not the whole bill. An app has to be updated, monitored, backed up and tested, or it doesn't survive. That part is a recurring cost, not a one-off.
The build price and the running cost are two different numbers, and budgets almost always only include one of them. I give a fixed quote for the build and can also take care of running it, so you know both numbers from the start.

Yes, 100%. You own all source code, design and documentation. The code is delivered via Git, and you're free to take it with you, hire other developers to build on, or let me maintain it.
Can you help with hosting and maintenance?
Yes. I offer operations responsibility from 2,500 DKK/month, where I take responsibility for updates, daily backup, monitoring and security. I can also handle the entire server and operations side. See my operations packages for details.
