Terms and Conditions

Mahope provides web development, WordPress solutions, website maintenance, and consulting services. The specific scope of each project is agreed upon in writing before work begins.

• All projects are based on a written agreement or accepted quote
• Changes to the project scope must be agreed upon in writing
• Additional work outside the agreed scope will be quoted separately

• All prices are quoted in DKK excluding VAT (25%)
• For larger projects: 50% deposit before work begins, 50% upon completion
• Payment terms: 8 days from invoice date
• Late payment: 2% monthly interest will be charged

• Estimated delivery times are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed
• Delays caused by the client (e.g., late content delivery) may extend the timeline
• The client is responsible for providing all required content, images, and materials

• Upon full payment, the client receives full ownership of the delivered work
• Mahope retains the right to showcase the work in portfolio (unless otherwise agreed)
• Third-party licenses (themes, plugins) remain subject to their original terms

• Mahope is not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, or consequential damages
• Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service
• The client is responsible for maintaining backups of their own data
• Mahope is not responsible for third-party services (hosting, domains, etc.)

• Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days written notice
• Upon termination, the client pays for all work completed up to that point
• Maintenance agreements can be terminated with 30 days notice to the end of a billing period

Both parties agree to keep all confidential information private. This includes business strategies, pricing, technical solutions, and any other sensitive information shared during the collaboration.

These terms are governed by Danish law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the Danish courts with venue in Odense.
