Annas Højskole - Courses in Denmark and Abroad
Annas Højskole is a Danish folk high school offering courses and workshops both in Denmark and internationally. Their philosophy is that people meet at eye level – with curiosity, respect, and a desire to share experiences.

The Challenge
The school needed a website that:
- Presented many courses in an organized way
- Showed destinations with atmospheric images
- Made registration easy, also when several people travel together
- Connected to accounting and the CRM, so registrations don't have to be entered more than once
The Solution
The site is built in Bricks Builder on WordPress, and registration runs as a WooCommerce shop where every course is a product.
1. Courses as Products
Each course has dates, destination, price and variations in WooCommerce, so registering works like a regular purchase.
2. Registration for Several Participants
The price is shown correctly when several people sign up together, and a custom plugin splits the shared price per person in the order email.
3. Availability and Waiting Lists
Course cards show available places, few places, sold out or waiting list, and upcoming courses have a waiting list form.
4. Connected to e-conomic and HubSpot
Orders are passed on to e-conomic with the correct VAT treatment per course type, and participants are added to HubSpot.
